Los Poblanos Historic Inn // Albquerque, NM Wedding // Mandy + Peter

I truly believe the world works in the wildest of ways - and I believe my path crossing with Mandy + Peter's was meant to be.  Days before the wedding day we connected, we emailed and talked on the phone and made a plan, and I cannot explain how honored I am to capture that special day!  July 1st, 2016.  You see, their original wedding date was July 1st, 2017 ... but earlier this year, life turned quickly for Mandy and Peter.  Peter is a police officer, and was shot in the line of duty.  Mandy got the gut-wrenching call in the middle of the night, and since that moment their worlds have been much different.  Thankfully, Peter is home and recovering well.  However, it didn't take them long to decide that they didn't want to wait a year to say their vows.  Their promises of love, always, through sickness and in health.  Their promises of friendship and support, every single day.  So, just like that, they moved the wedding up.  :)  

Their family and friends gathered in the gorgeous yards of Los Poblanos and celebrated Mandy and Peter's powerful love.  They sipped lavender lemonade and shared sweet stories.  They toasted, and hugged, and squeezed each other a bit extra...as we all knew, it truly was a gift to be part of such an incredible day!  

Thank you so very much Mr. + Mrs. Tanzilli, for the honor of capturing your special day and your love.  I am forever thankful!
